About Us

We are Monica and Nicole, mother and daughter, co-founders of SENS.

Passionate about candles and home fragrances, we love the immediate emotion a scent creates when you enter a room. Over time, however, we've noticed that some candles burn too quickly, can be unhealthy, and lose their aesthetic appeal with use.

It is from this reflection that SENS was born: an elegant and sustainable alternative, through hand-poured scented wax melts, based on vegetable wax and perfumes from Grasse, combined with burners created by us, in a handcrafted way, in order to adapt harmoniously to each interior.

Each creation is designed to awaken the senses and enhance spaces, with that artisanal touch that makes each piece unique.

En raison du caractère artisanal et hygiénique de nos produits, les retours et échanges ne sont pas acceptés, sauf en cas de produit défectueux ou erreur de notre part.

Nos créations étant fabriquées artisanalement, les délais de préparation peuvent varier.

Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour expédier les commandes sous 2 à 4 jours ouvrés,

mais nous vous invitons à prévoir un délai légèrement plus long en période de forte demande.

Un email de confirmation avec numéro de suivi vous est envoyé dès l’expédition.

Tous les produits SENS sont fabriqués à la main en France, en petites séries. Chaque brûleur et chaque fondant parfumé est réalisé avec une attention particulière portée à la qualité, à la sécurité et aux finitions.

👉 Our wax melts are wickless, do not burn directly, and are designed exclusively for use with a suitable burner.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping cost before making your purchase.

It is simple and intuitive to use:

Place a scented wax melt in the dish of your burner.
Light a tea light candle and place it under the saucer.
Let it melt: the fragrance diffuses gradually and perfumes your home.

🕰️ A scented wax melt diffuses on average up to 20 hours, spread over several uses, depending on the desired intensity and the size of the room.

💡 SENS tip: when the wax melt no longer diffuses fragrance, let the wax cool down to easily remove and replace it.
